Holistic Treatments
£15 per person for 2 x 15 minute treatments

Indian Head Massage - feel great with this relaxing massage of head, neck, back, shoulders and arms followed by stimulating face massage with pre-blended Organic Facial Oil.

Reflexology: balance the body with stimulating thumb pressure applied to all reflexes on the feet. Eastern/Western techniques are used.

Holistic Face Massage: gentle facial movement of muscles around the face using Neal Yards Rose Facial Oil.

Thai Foot Massage: very gentle movement of legs, feet and hands which aids flexibility of hips and circulation of muscles.

Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage: Relaxing massage to unravel all those tight muscles. Pre-Blended Aromatherapy Oils used for this massage.

Soft Touch Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage – This massage is aimed at people who do not like heavy pressure. The soft strokes using Pre-Blended Aromatherapy oils will soothe, relax and release the stresses and strains of the day.

Leg/Foot Massage:Tired legs deserve this deep-tissue massage to release stress. THIS IS NOT A REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT

Arm Massage: RSI, Tennis Elbow, Tense arms, try this soothing massage to improve circulation, reduce pain and increase the range of arm movements, beneficial for people with rheumatoid arthritis
